Vivienda en el centro de Alaior. Está formada por una casa y un garaje con entradas independientes. El garaje además se ha empezado a acondicionar para convertirlo en apartamento. La casa principal consta de una gran habitación en planta baja, una pequeña cocina, comedor, baño y terraza. En la planta primera hay dos habitaciones con una zona común que puede convertirse en salón. Y arriba se encuentran los porches convertidas en otra gran habitación. El garaje se divide en una primara zona en la que pueden aparcar dos vehículos, y además hay un aseo.
